I'm trying to start gameplay for the first time but when i copy and paste the Val code from my email, or type it out, a box comes up and says 'Code Not Valid'. Help? I am SURE its exact so dont tell me anything related to that.
why are you trying with val code ... there should be a Validation link, just click it ...

Like Rayden said, resend the e-mail and the new code should be valid.
I just saw in the database that you are validated now, you should have access to the game.
